The following terms and conditions govern your use and access to SOL, and to the services and content that provides this website and that Sanbrat sro offer to users through this domain (www.plataformasol.com) and different internet portals and content residing on its subdomains.

Please, review the agreement carefully because it contains important information regarding your legal rights, obligations and troubleshooting. Registration in SOL means that you have read, understood and agreed to be under these terms and conditions. Also, it is an indispensable condition to accept these terms of use. to access and benefit from SOL Platform services.

These terms and conditions have been prepared in accordance with the provisions of the Slovak laws: Law 22/2004 of Services of the Information Society and Electronic Commerce (LSSICE); Law 122/2013 of Protection of Personal Data; Law 513/1991 of General Terms and Conditions, and any other legal regulations applicable.


By the mere access to SOL, the user expresses his full and unreserved acceptance of these terms and conditions.

The use of certain services offered to users through SOL can be regulated by specific conditions, that can appropriate, replace, supplement or amend these terms and conditions, so that the user must read and accept those when seeking to obtain such services.


SOL reserves the right to modify this agreement at any time. If this happens, SOL would notify the users by informing of the sections that have been altered and the date of entry into force of these changes. Your use of the service after the entry into force of the changes constitutes acceptance of those changes. If you choose not to accept the changes, you must delete your account.


Using SOL, you declare and warrant that you will follow all the terms and conditions of this agreement, including any special conditions of services containing them. The minors can use SOL by written consent of their legal guardians. Self-registration of a person under 18 years of age is strictly prohibited.

Registration and Access

To access SOL, you must register by filling in all the mandatory fields with true, accurate, current and complete information. SOL reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account if the information provided is untrue, inaccurate, not current or incomplete.

Users access PlatformaSOL with a username and a personal password. The username and password will be created by users, as means of identification, a key to access our services, which is personal and not transferable. SOL may, with proper notice, change the username or password.

When registering, you will receive a confirmation email with a link that needs to be opened to complete the registration process.

The PlatformaSOL registration is voluntary and free of charge.


By these terms and conditions, SOL grants you a non-exclusive, revocable, non-transferable, limited personal license, without a right to sublicense, to access and use SOL electronically only to participate in the portal in the manner intended and offered to you. Except for the rights expressly granted clearly in this agreement, you are not granted any other rights, either expressly or indirectly.

Duration and Termination

This agreement will be in effect while you make use of any service offered by SOL or possess an account in SOL. SOL can remove or suspend your account at any time for any reason and without notice. If you want to remove or suspend your account, you should contact the Webmaster of PlataformaSOL via email to baja@plataformasol.com.

The provision of services and public availability of the contents of www.plataformasol.com is, in principle, indefinite. SOL, however, is authorized to remove or terminate or suspend any of the services or contents of the portal and sub-portals at any time. Whenever reasonably possible, SOL will inform about the termination or suspension of the provision of its services.

SOL may withdraw or suspend at any time without prior notice the provision of the services to users who violate this agreement or some particular conditions of a specific service.

Payment for classes (students)

SOL offers you the possibility to register and create your profile at no cost. To receive online classes, you must pay the teacher by the method of payment chosen by him.

If a teacher confirms a proposed class, an email with the payment instructions you will be sent to you. You must make the payment before the class, unless the instructions indicate otherwise.

SOL does not intervene at any time in economic transactions between teachers and students, nor receive or apply any fee or commission for the service offered.


Charging for classes taught (teachers)

SOL offers you the possibility to register and create your profile at no cost. To teach online classes, you need only fill out your profile, specifying your availability.

In the "payment methods" you must enter the hourly charge for your services and the methods of payment accepted, and the information and instructions necessary for students to realise the payment.

Once confirmed the proposed class, the student will receive information and payment instructions by email. SOL does not intervene at any time in economic transactions between teachers and students, nor receive or apply any fee or commission for the service offered.

By registering, you agree not to contact students from SOL platform outside the platform. If you do, you may be punished with the suspension of your account.

Applicable Laws

It requires that you comply with all applicable laws regarding your access and use of the service, in addition to the extra constraints containing these terms and conditions.

You warrant that you will not use the service for any purpose that is contrary to the law or prohibited by this agreement. The service is for your personal, non-commercial use.


The collection, use and disclosure of information you provide through the Service is described in the Privacy Policy SOL, available here.


You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of the password and user name that you provided during the registration process. You are fully responsible for all activities that occur during the activity of your account. You agree to notify SOL immediately after any unauthorized use of your password or username or any other security violation.

Storage and Inactive Accounts

You acknowledge that SOL may establish general procedures and limits concerning the use of the Service, including: maximum size of uploaded photos and documents, maximum number of accesses or others. These limitations will always be communicated through the platform.

You agree that SOL has no responsibility or liability for deleting or not storing any messages, resources, data or other content uploaded to the internet maintained or transmitted by SOL.

SOL reserves the right to disable your account if it is inactive for more than a year.


Intellectual, Industrial Property and Similar Rights

All contents and elements that users can access through www.plataformasol.com (e.g., without this list being exhaustive or limited to: trademarks and logos; elements in code format, texts, images, audios, etc.) are the subject of intellectual property rights, industrial property rights or analogous.

User Content and Communications

As a user of SOL, you can upload photos, information or other materials, which will be considered "user content." By accepting these terms and conditions you agree not to upload content that you have not created yourself or for which you have permission from the owner of the copyright. Other than personal information, which is covered by the Privacy Policy, any information you transmit or post on SOL will be considered non-confidential and public domain.

With the acceptance of the free terms and conditions, you grant to SOL global, non-exclusive rights to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, derive, distribute, display and publicly display the User Content throughout the world by any means, to promote and provide SOL. You retain the copyright of such content, which you can modify or delete from your account.

h)    Contains any message, comments or contribution that is intended to disrupt or distort the conversation or which canl be considered annoying: repeated messages or messages that include repetitions of characters and content sent from computer robots with the intention to "make noise" or that may be considered "spam". This content will be deleted.

SOL reserves the right and has the sole discretion to delete, filter, edit or disable any user content at any time. Such modifications shall be communicated to the user, who may decide to modify or remove content based on the recommendations of SOL.

SOL is not responsible for user content, including loss or damage.

Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

-      Collect email addresses or other contact information of other users of the Service by electronic or other means for the purpose of sending unsolicited email or other unsolicited communications;

-      Use the service in any unlawful manner or in any other manner that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair the service;

Violations of system security may incur criminal or civil liability. In line with this agreement, SOL will investigate and cooperate with law enforcement to discover and prosecute users who would be involved in legal violations

Disputes between Members

Only you are responsible for your interactions with other users of SOL.

If a problem arises relating to a class (for example, the teacher is not present in a class), SOL may arbitrate, but has no obligation. If SOL takes part in the dispute, its decision shall be taken by both users.

Links to Third Party Websites

The Service may contain links to other websites (linked sites). SOL does not endorse, sponsor, recommend or otherwise accept liability for any linked site. SOL is not responsible for the content or privacy practices of those sites.

Being web sites owned or operated by third parties for which SOL is neither the owner nor have any type of relationship, SOL will not be responsible for the control and surveillance of its content nor assume any responsibility directly or subsidiary of such websites, their content or services.

e)   It shall not establish links to other sites that contain content, declarations or propaganda of racist, xenophobic, pornographic behaviour, apology of terrorism or human rights violations and, in general, could in any way damage the good name or image of SOL, companies of the same business group or its members.

Law and Jurisdiction

This Agreement and all disputes between us regarding this Agreement or your access to or your use of the Service are governed by Slovak law and both agree to submit to the personal and exclusive jurisdiction of Bratislava II court, located in Drieňová 5, Bratislava, with the purpose of litigating such claims or disputes.
